General Shipping Information

In-stock merchandise is usually processed and shipped within 2 business days if you choose Standard shipping. Orders placed with Premium or Express shipping before 5pm ET will be shipped the next business day.

Backorders

If the merchandise you have selected is currently not in stock we will give you an expected shipping time at checkout or by a follow-up email.

Shipping to multiple addresses

If you choose to ship to multiple addresses we will add $5 for each additional address.

Carriers

Good Vibration Shoes uses 4 different carriers to make sure your items arrive to you on time:
• FedEx
• UPS (United Parcel Service)
• USPS (United States Postal Service)
• DHL ( for outside the U.S. shipping.)
• Please note: We use U.S. Postal Service for P.O. Boxes, APO and FPO addresses.

For orders being shipped outside the continental U.S., please provide us with the country postal code. We can then calculate the rate and quote it to you by separate email. Be aware of your country’s tariff rate if applicable and VAT as it will be charged to you at delivery time by the carrier. We utilize DHL international services.

Good Vibrations Shoes does not charge for handling. Shipping, however is not included in the sale price and is based on zip code.
